Terms and Conditions
Car and Motorcycle Insurance Promotion
1. The Promotion is valid until 31 December 2025.
2. The Promotion is applicable only to Shell employees who purchase a NEW car or motorcycle insurance policy underwritten by Direct Asia Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd for a minimum of 12 months (365 days) during the Promotional period.
3. The Promotion is only applicable through https://secure.directasia.com/terminal-partners?id=DAD00000000 with the correct promotion code applied at check-out.
4. The vehicle to be insured under this Promotion must not be the same vehicle as that insured under any existing DirectAsia car or motorcycle insurance policy held by the policyholder. It must also not have been insured with DirectAsia in the last 30 calendar days.
5. If an Existing DirectAsia customer purchases a new insurance policy for a different vehicle ("New Vehicle") that is not currently insured by DirectAsia, he/she will be eligible for the Promotion for the New Vehicle.
6. Each policy sold under the Promotion may only qualify for redemption of one promo code. Multiple redemptions are not permitted.
7. Qualified customers are eligible to a 10% discount on their policy.
8. By providing DirectAsia with the contact details and any other information via DirectAsia Website or Dedicated Hotline, the Shell employees gives DirectAsia permission to contact him or her with regards to the insurance quote, policy and/or Offer.
9. Both DirectAsia and Shell shall not in any way be held liable in the event a Shell employee provides an invalid or incorrect Promo Code to DirectAsia and the corresponding discount is not applied to the policy.
10. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or offers and not applicable when purchased via affiliates and partners
11. This Promotion is strictly not transferable and not exchangeable for cash or any other form of currency.
12. DirectAsia car and motorcycle insurance policies are currently available only to residents of Singapore. DirectAsia reserves the sole right to accept or reject any application for car or motorcycle insurance at the absolute discretion of DirectAsia.
13. The DirectAsia car or motorcycle insurance policy inception must occur within 60 days of purchase.
14. The Promotion details, dates, as well as these terms and conditions may be amended by DirectAsia at any time without prior notice to the customer.
15. This promotion is not applicable for staff of DirectAsia and their immediate family.
16. DirectAsia reserves the right to change the terms of promotion without prior no-tice.
17. DirectAsia car or motorcycle insurance policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you. For more information on the types of benefits that are covered under the scheme as well as the limits of coverage, where applicable, please contact your insurer (or name of Scheme member) or visit the GIA or SDIC web-sites (https://gia.org.sg/ or https://www.sdic.org.sg/).
Travel Insurance Promotion
