How do I make a claim?
Notify us within 30 days when something happens which may result in an accident or personal insurance claim by completing the Online Travel Claims Form and provide the necessary supporting documents.
If you are submitting additional documents for a follow-up medical claim, please use our medical follow-up form for submission.

Have your relevant travel documents ready
Medical Expenses
- Proof of travel: A copy of either your flight itinerary, boarding passes or immigration stamps from your passport
- Medical invoices, medical report and other medical documents
Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Proof of travel: A copy of either your flight itinerary, boarding passes or immigration stamps from your passport
- Copy of police report or report lodged with public transport provider at place of loss within 24 hours
- Baggage loss or damage report from airline
- Written confirmation of compensation from airline
- Photographs of damaged items
- Receipts (purchase/repair) and warranty cards of lost or damaged items
Travel or baggage delays
- Proof of travel: A copy of either your flight itinerary, boarding passes or immigration stamps from your passport
- Copy of the flight delay notice
- Delay report and acknowledgement slip (for baggage delay)
Trip cancellation or disruption
- Proof of travel: A copy of either your flight itinerary, boarding passes or immigration stamps from your passport
- Written advice from your attending doctor stating that you are unfit for travel/continuation of the trip
- Receipts for booking of trip
- Travel agent and/or airline's confirmation/denial of refund amount
- If cancellation or disruption due to death of a family member or travel companion, please provide death certificates, proof of relationships, medical reports.
Rental Car Excess
- Proof of travel: A copy of either your flight itinerary, boarding passes or immigration stamps from your passport
- Rental Car Agreement, inclusive of the terms and conditions
- Damage Report
- Receipt of Excess paid

Will I still be entitled to a refund if I have filed a claim on my travel insurance policy?
No refund will be entitled if you have reported or notified us of a travel insurance claim or we have paid a claim during the policy period. We reserve the right to collect any outstanding premium from you if you opt for our instalment payment plan for annual policy.
