22/08/2024 - Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Gabon, Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda: In view of the Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) advisory concerning travel to these countries, our travel policy does not cover for any claim:

  • If you travel to or transit through the above-mentioned countries on or after 22 August 2024
  • If you booked your trip to or transit through the abovementioned countries on or after 22 August 2024 or if you purchased your policy covering a trip to or transiting through the abovementioned countries on or after 22 August 2024 - whichever is later

22/08/2024 – Iceland: In view of on-going volcanic activity, the recent volcanic eruption is considered a known event and any travel policy sold on or after 22 August 2024 will not cover claims related to volcanic eruption.

12/03/2024 - Haiti: In view of the on-going civil unrest and high risk of violent crime, our travel policy does not cover for any claim:

  • If you travel to or transiting through Haiti, on or after 12 March 2024
  • If you booked your trip to or transit through Haiti on or after 12 March 2024 or if you purchased your policy covering a trip to or transiting through Haiti on or after 12 March 2024 - whichever is later
