Details of Prizes

1. Organiser
   • The 360° Video Booth and Daily Lucky Draw is organised by Auto & General Insurance (Singapore) Pte Limited trading as DirectAsia Insurance (“DirectAsia Insurance”).
   • The Daily Lucky Draw is open for participation on each of the event days of the National Bikers’ Weekend 2026 event period from 11 to 13 September 2026 (“Lucky Draw”).
2. Eligibility
   • The Lucky Draw is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
   • Employees of the Auto & General group of companies in Singapore, event organisers and their immediate family are not eligible to participate
   • Participants who have won a prize during the event may continue to participate in the 360° Video Booth activity but will not be eligible to win another prize in this Lucky Draw.
3. How to Enter
   • Each participant may submit only one (1) registration form. Multiple submissions by the same participant may be disqualified. 
   • Each completed registration form qualifies for one (1) entry in this Lucky Draw. 
   • Participants who follow DirectAsia Insurance's designated social media channels and provide their social media handle are entitled to one (1) bonus Lucky Draw entry per verified social media channel followed. 
   • Bonus entries are subject to verification by the organiser. 
   • Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent submissions may be disqualified.
4. Draw Period
   • Entries received before 6:00 PM on each event day will be included in that day's Lucky Draw.
   • Non-winning eligible entries will automatically be carried forward to the next event day and remain eligible for subsequent Lucky Draw draws during the event period, unless otherwise determined by the organiser. Participants are not required to be physically present at the Lucky Draw to remain eligible.
5. Prizes
   • Winners will receive the prize allocated for the respective event day's Lucky Draw, as determined by the organiser.
   • Daily prizes may vary and will be announced or displayed by the organiser during the event. 
   • The organiser makes no representation or warranty (express or implied) as to the quality, merchantability or suitability of the prizes.
   • Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.
   • The organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent value without prior notice.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
   • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received up to the daily cut-off time of the respective Lucky Draw date, excluding previous prize winners.
   • The organiser reserves the right to verify participant eligibility before awarding any prize.
   • Winners will be notified during the event and/or via the contact details provided in the registration form.
   • The organiser will make reasonable efforts to notify winners but shall not be responsible for any unsuccessful delivery of emails, messages or other communications due to incomplete, inaccurate or invalid contact information provided by the participant, technical issues, spam filtering, network issues or circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control. 
   • If a selected winner cannot be contacted within 7 days from the respective Lucky Draw date on which the prize was won, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the organiser reserves the right to disqualify the winner without further notification and select an alternative winner.
   • Winners who are unable to collect their prize during the event may contact the organiser to discuss alternative collection arrangements, which shall be determined at the organiser's sole discretion
7. Use of Personal Data
   • By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants consent to DirectAsia Insurance’s collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by for the purposes of:
     • Administration of the 360° Video Booth experience;
     • Delivery of video content;
     • Administration of the Daily Lucky Draw promotion;
     • Verification of bonus-entry eligibility; and
     • Prize fulfilment and winner notification.
   • Personal data will be processed in accordance with DirectAsia Personal Data Protection Statement.
8. General
   • The organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw is final and binding on all participants.
   • The organiser reserves the right to (and shall not be liable for any decision to) suspend or terminate the Lucky Draw at any time and/or amend its Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
   • By participating in the Lucky Draw, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and DirectAsia Personal Data Protection Statement, and furthermore release and hold harmless the organiser and its affiliates from liability of any kind (including but not limited to any loss, injury, damage or forfeiture of prize) arising from their participation in the Lucky Draw and/or the 360° Video Booth activity.
   • In the event of any dispute relating to the Lucky Draw, eligibility, prize entitlement or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, the organiser's decision shall be final, binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
