Terms & Conditions of the DirectAsia Annual Voyager Travel Insurance Promotion ("Promotion")

  1. This Promotion is valid for existing customers that were on the Voyager 1000 Plan or on Family plan type with a policy end date between 13 September 2026 to 12 September 2027.
  2. This Promotion is applicable only to above customers who purchase a new DirectAsia Annual Voyager Travel Insurance policy underwritten by Auto & General Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Limited trading as DirectAsia Insurance ("DirectAsia") during the promotional period of 15 July 2026 to 14 July 2027.
  3. There shall be only one reward per qualifying DirectAsia Annual Voyager Travel insurance policy.
  4. Qualified customers are entitled to an eCapitaVoucher worth $50.
  5. Qualified customers will receive an email to redeem the eCapitavoucher after twenty-one (21) business days from the policy inception date and no later than thirty (30) business days after the policy inception date.
  6. The eCapitaVoucher redemption link is unique and applicable for one-time use only.
  7. The eCapitaVoucher redemption link will expire 3 months from date of issuance. Any extension will not be allowed. Once credited into your account, the eCapitaVoucher is valid for 12 months.
  8. We reserve the right to replace eCapitaVoucher with any other reward of similar value as determined by DirectAsia Insurance.
  9. The Promotion dates, promo code, as well as any of these terms and conditions may be amended by DirectAsia at any time without notice to the customer.

  12. The Promotion does not apply for DirectAsia Annual Voyager Travel policy renewals.

If the DirectAsia Annual Voyager Travel insurance policy is cancelled by the policyholder or DirectAsia Insurance at any time after policy inception for whatever reason, DirectAsia Insurance reserves the right to deduct the value of the promotion from the refund premium allowed under the policy, if any. If there is no refund premium, the policyholder is required to return the value of the promotion through other payment methods.
  14. If the promo code was not applied at check-out during the purchase of the annual travel insurance policy, DirectAsia Insurance will not honour the promotion.
  15. This Promotion is not applicable for Staff of DirectAsia and their immediate family.
  16. DirectAsia Travel Insurance Policy (Voyager) is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
