Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with this staff purchase, you (the "Employee") hereby agree and warrant:

1. The items purchased under this staff purchase scheme are for your personal use or for your immediate family members only. Immediate family members are defined as Parents (in-law), Grand-parents (in-law), siblings (in-law) and children, or any other prevailing definition as laid out in the DirectAsia Team Pack.
2. All information provided in your application is accurate, true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
   You acknowledge and accept that any misuse of this staff purchase scheme, including but not limited to:
   1. Using the discount for individuals other than yourself or your immediate family; or
   2. Providing false or misleading information in your application constitutes a violation of the terms of this scheme.
3. In the event of such misuse, the Company reserves the right to claw back any discounts granted under this scheme and refer the misuse to HR Department.
4. DirectAsia reserves the right to amend or withdraw the staff purchase scheme without prior notice.
5. Your application must be submitted at the point of policy purchase.
6. By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
