Auto & General purchase DirectAsia

Auto & General (SEA) Holdings Pte Limited (Auto & General) has completed the acquisition of Direct Asia Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (DirectAsia) from Hiscox on July 31, 2025.

It is very much business as usual for DirectAsia, with any policies, quotations or claims being unaffected by this change of ownership.

Focus will remain on providing customers with the best possible service. DirectAsia will continue to offer the same products, at competitive prices through the same convenient channels.
