Information for Jetstar Asia passengers affected by cessation of operations

Jetstar Asia has announced it will cease operations from 31 July 2025. Please note that this situation is not considered an insolvency of airline under your policy, as Jetstar Asia is ceasing operations in an orderly manner and fulfilling its obligations to passengers.

We wish to update our Travel Policyholders on our advice on this situation.

What you should do

If you have been contacted by Jetstar Asia on flight re-schedule and/or refund, please immediately proceed to re-book your flight and re-schedule your hotel accommodation along with any other corresponding itinerary changes.

If you have not been contacted by Jetstar Asia, you should confirm whether your flight is proceeding as scheduled.

If your flight has been cancelled, please contact Jetstar Asia for the following:

  • Request a refund or alternative flight
  • Obtain official confirmation of your flight cancellation or refund status

If applicable, cancel or modify your accommodation and other bookings as soon as possible to minimise any additional costs.
