Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is valid for Car insurance policies that are purchased from 22 July 2024 to 31 December 2024, while stocks last. 
  2. This Promotion is applicable only to customers who have been invited by DirectAsia to participate, have applied the given promo code during check-out and purchase a NEW Comprehensive/TPO/TPFT Car insurance policy underwritten by Direct Asia Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd for a minimum of 12 months (365 days).
  3. If the promo code was not applied at check-out during the purchase of the Car insurance policy, DirectAsia Insurance will not honour the promotion.
  4. The qualifying Car Insurance policy inception must occur within ninety (90) days of purchase.
  5. The vehicle to be insured under this Promotion must not be the same vehicle as that insured under any existing DirectAsia car insurance policy held by the policyholder. It must also not have been insured with DirectAsia in the last 30 calendar days.
  6. DirectAsia will verify qualification of promotion after purchase is completed. There shall be only one reward per qualifying vehicle.
  7. Qualified customers are entitled to an eCapitaVoucher worth $120 per policy.
  8. Qualified customers will receive an email to redeem the eCapitavoucher after twenty-one (21) business days from the policy inception date and no later than thirty (30) business days after the policy inception date.
  9. The eCapitaVoucher redemption link is unique and applicable for one-time use only.
  10. The eCapitaVoucher redemption link will expire 3 months from date of issuance. Any extension will not be allowed. Once credited into your account, the eCapitaVoucher is valid for 12 months. Any unused value will be automatically forfeited.
  11. We reserve the right to replace eCapitaVoucher with any other reward of similar value as determined by DirectAsia Insurance.
  12. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or offers.
  13. The Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or any other goods and services.
  14. DirectAsia Car insurance policies are currently available only to residents of Singapore. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for Car insurance policy at our absolute discretion.
  15. If the DirectAsia Car insurance policy is cancelled by the policyholder or DirectAsia Insurance at any time after policy inception for whatever reason, DirectAsia Insurance reserves the right to deduct the value of the promotion from the ref und premium allowed under the policy, if any. If there is no refund premium, the policyholder is required to return the value of the promotion through other payment methods.
  16. Promotion dates, as well as these terms and conditions may be amended by DirectAsia at any time without notice to the customer.
  17. This Promotion is not applicable for:
    1. SOS Car Insurance
    2. Staff of DirectAsia and their immediate family.
  18. DirectAsia Car Insurance Policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
