Terms & Conditions of the DirectAsia Travel Insurance Lazada Voucher Promotion ("Promotion")

1. This promotion is valid from 9 Oct 2024 to 7 Jan 2025.
2. This promotion is applicable only to customers who purchase new travel insurance policy underwritten by Direct Asia Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd ("DirectAsia") during the promotional period.
3. The promotion does not apply for existing annual policy renewals.
4. Please see http://www.directasia.com/travel-insurance/who-we-cover for traveller requirements and exclusions which will apply. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for travel insurance at our absolute discretion.
5. There shall be only one reward per qualifying travel policy.

6. Qualified customers are entitled to a Lazada voucher based on the policy type and insurance premium stipulated in the table below.

7. Qualified customers are entitled to either a 1 x $10 Lazada voucher or 1 x $20 Lazada voucher or 1 x $30 Lazada voucher based on per policy type and insurance premium.
8. Qualified customers will receive an email to redeem the Lazada after twenty-one (21) business days from the policy inception date and no later than thirty (30) business days after the policy inception date.
9. The Lazada redemption link is unique and applicable for one-time use only.
10. Once issued by DirectAsia, the Lazada redemption link and voucher is valid for 6 months. Any extension will not be allowed. Please refer to your redemption email for the exact expiry date.
11. Any unused value will be automatically forfeited.
12. We reserve the right to replace Lazada with any other reward of similar value as determined by DirectAsia Insurance.
13. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or offers.
14. This Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or any other goods and services.
15. DirectAsia travel insurance policies are currently available only to residents of Singapore. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for travel insurance policy at our absolute discretion.
16. If the DirectAsia travel insurance policy is cancelled by the policyholder or DirectAsia Insurance at any time after policy inception for whatever reason, DirectAsia Insurance reserves the right to deduct the value of the promotion from the refund premium allowed under the policy, if any. If there is no refund premium, the policyholder is required to return the value of the promotion through other payment methods.
17. If the promo code was not applied at check-out during the purchase of the travel insurance policy, DirectAsia Insurance will not honour the promotion.
18. Promotion dates, as well as these terms and conditions may be amended by DirectAsia at any time without notice to the customer.
19. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or offers.
20. This Promotion is not applicable for staff of DirectAsia and their immediate family.
21. DirectAsia Travel Insurance Policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
