On our websites, you can find almost everything you will need, but if you need to talk with us, please call our team from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and from 8am to 5pm on Saturdays.

Access your secure account to view your policy documents, certificates of insurance and your personal details, use the Login link found in the top right of our website.
Our Claims section found at the top of the site will give you all the right information to submit your claim. Read about our Claims Philosophy as well and learn why having a personal claims specialist dedicated to your claim is important to you, and to us.
In the Tips & Forms section, found at the top of the site, you will find quick links to all of DirectAsia’s policy documents, claims forms, and other useful guides that can help if you need to manage a claim.

What if I need to make changes to my personal details?

You can easily make changes to your personal details 24/7. Your own My Account space stores all your insurance documents safely online, and you can change your particulars, including contact information.

Can I change my policy plan mid-way through my policy period?

We do not allow a change of plan in the middle of the policy. It can be done, however, after the policy has lapsed.

Can I make changes to my cover?

You can contact us to request a change to be made to your cover. Call our customer service centre hotline at 6665 5555 Mondays - Fridays: 8am - 8pm. Saturdays: 8am - 5pm or email us at

Please give us 7 days' notice for the change to take effect.
