Customer care support champion

What qualities do you need for this job:
In order to ensure our customers’ concerns are being addressed within the shortest time possible, good product knowledge and communication skills are a must.
Your previous job title and description:
I was a customer care champion with DirectAsia.com, managing incoming calls and assisting customers with their enquiries and policy purchases.
How long have you been in Singapore?
Since the day I came into this world.
What do you like about Singapore?
I like hanging around at the beach so I would say I like the sun best in Singapore.
Your fave Singapore food and why?
Chili crab, especially so when eaten with the “man-tou” (buns). Yummy!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Probably shopping or hanging around on Sentosa or sleeping and just staying in bed watching online movies/dramas. It really depends on my mood for the day. No particular hobbies.
Travel? Your fave destination and why?
At the moment I would say Taiwan. I love shopping there. The weather is cooling (during the end of the year) and you can easily get tasty food/small bites from their roadside pushcarts (something uncommon in Singapore).
What do you want us to know about you?
Always appreciate what we have – The happiest people don’t necessarily have the best of everything but they make the most out of everything.
