Customer Care Specialist (Sales)

Like insurance, we understand that job descriptions can sometimes be confusing. So just as what we’ve done with our insurance plans, we keep our job descriptions simple too!

Direct Asia is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Care team (based in Singapore) and be our voice to the Singapore market.

If you have a flair and passion for sales, and delight in making your customers happy, we would love to hear from you!

You will be required to:

  • Actively promote and sell our insurance products;
  • Provide a consistently high level of service to our customers;
  • Effectively handle complaints at the first point of contact, aiming to resolve situations in an effective and efficient manner;
  • Participate in process improvement sessions, providing constructive feedback and suggestions.

It'll be great if you possess:

  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience;
  • BCP & PGI certification (we welcome applicants without these certifications too!);
  • An appreciation for team-based environment.

Customer Care Specialist (Service)

Direct Asia is looking for proactive individuals to be "The Voice" of Direct Asia; someone who has passion in providing great service and delighting customers.

You'll be required to:

  • Deliver our brand promise at all times and provide consistent levels of service to our customers;
  • Accurately recommend products and solutions based on customers' needs and requirements;
  • Effectively handle complaints and strive to resolve situations to customers' satisfaction;
  • Handle all inquiries and requests according to our policies and procedures (strive for first call resolutions);
  • Encourage customers to provide feedback from their experiences with Direct Asia;
  • Actively participate in process improvement sessions, providing constructive feedback and suggestions;
  • Ensure timely and accurate upkeep of records within systems;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

It'll be great if you possess:

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience;
  • BCP and PGI certification (we welcome applicants without these certifications as well);
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry;
  • Strong communication skills.
