Travel Insurance > Who We Cover

Here is a checklist of who is eligible for travel insurance.

	The policyholder must be aged between 18 and 65 years. For renewal policies we'll cover you up to the age of 70.
	Your policy can include your family and friends, all aged between 15 days and 65 years. Family refers to your immediate members including spouse and children. Children can be aged up to 24 if they are unmarried and in full-time education. Remember to check out our family and group special package rates.
	We’ll insure people from most professions, including those in risky occupations such as firefighters, police officers and naval workers. If you do have a risky occupation then you’re covered so long as you’re not on duty. Check out our Policy Details for a comprehensive list of risky occupations.

We cannot cover you if:

	You’re travelling to Afghanistan/Iran/Iraq/Sudan/Syria/Democratic Republic of Congo/ Democratic Republic of Somalia.
	You’ve been advised by a medical practitioner not to travel or you’re travelling on a trip to receive medical treatment.
