Inspite of all the initial queries regarding my case, I am indeed very impressed that DirectAsia reimbursed my claim with such ease & the money was deposited within 3 working days as promised. Would highly recommend DirectAsia as the most professional and fair insurance.
A considerate guy as he was always worried about stressing out the claimant as I was still under going treatment, afraid that it'll aggravate my stroke.

Dealt with DirectAsia.com today on a new car policy. I made a mistake on the online application and they were sorting the issue over the phone. Yes, I got a call from Jasmine regarding my case. She was extremely helpful in helping me with all my queries, issues and concerns regarding and relating to the claim process. After giving a lot of thinking, I finally took up Direct Asia over NTUC. I recently dealt with Dennis for my wind screen claim & I should tell you it was the best service. I know usually companies would receive mails from customers when something goes wrong, but I'm writing this to let them know that something went right.
My car broke down last night and I'm glad I did sign up for the breakdown services from Direct Asia. When I called the hotline, I was attended to the CSO named Zach, who was very polite all the way, managed to calm me down from my frustration and offered help in the professional way. They sent their mechanics down to help with electrical fault, and thankfully it indeed was just an issue with the immobilizer hence it was resolved on the spot.
I just want to express my appreciation of Direct Asia and it's great customer service, which to me, is a true gem in Singapore where you hear everyday that the services standard are dropping by the day. Bravo to have made me a very happy customer and I would definitely recommend my friends to Direct Asia.

I was just thinking if this could this be a fraud that the other party took advantage of the situation to ask for this claim . I remember clearly the collision was from a very low speed as we were at a filter lane and was moving off from a stop state. And I did acompany the uncle to the hospital and he did an x-ray scan and I was told he was fine. Such mild collision will in no way result in chest pain as well.
I felt I have to make this known to you as I felt it is unjust if the other party were to take advantage of this situation . But if your side has already done your checks and find it justifiable to allow this claim then I am fine too. I am really pleased with the services provided by your company. Will surely refer my friends to go for your company from now on.

I bought a TA500 travel insurance on a yearly basis. It cost me about a few hundred dollars. On a trip to US, my luggage was delayed for about 24 hours and I managed to claim without any hassle. Buying travel insurance is the best thing to do.

We were served by a staff named Ivan. Very professional service given. Thumbs up to that despite the long wait. The wait at Orix (Bt Batok) was quite long. There were only 3 service agents attending customers. We were there on monday. More staff should be deployed to assist due to closure on weekends.

When I first bought my car insurance from Direct Asia, top of my concerns were (i)price and (ii)efficiency in processing claims. As the price quoted by Direct Asia was lower than my previous insurer, it was a no-brainer. But to be really assured as a customer, you will agree that factor (ii) is equally important. In any event, based on the price factor alone, I bought car insurance for my father and father-in-law as well.
Unfortunately, my father-in-law met with a road traffic accident sometime in January 2011. Although I am a lawyer, car insurance claims do not fall within my scope of practice and I was not exactly sure as to the process to make a claim. It was in that context that I have had to deal with Mr. Albert. He was professional and prompt in responding to my queries. On the whole, it was a pleasant experience dealing with Albert. Do keep up the good work!

This is my first encounter whereby the car insurance company send a representative down to the accident sight to fill the report. I can't get his name but he is helpful and knowledgeable in his work.The repair did took a bit longer but it's due to the opposite party survey delay in going to the authorized workshop. Orix is fantastic in the Quality of work and service.

As it was my first time getting involved in an accident, I was unsure of what I was suppose to do but thanks to Ivan I was able to deal with the situation in a calm and suitable manner. Thanks for clearing my doubts with regards to the instalment plan for my motor insurance although it comes only when I prompt a response the second time around so this is an area to improve on.
Do have a way for customers to leave a message to get back online instead of requiring us to send a message through the email which contributes to the feeling of frustration. Nevertheless, kudos for salvaging the situation.

I bought my car insurance from DirectAsia.com for my Honda Accord and the transaction was seamless and efficient.
Subsequently I changed car and needed to get information on how I can cancel my policy and get a new policy. I spoke to Jewel and Dawn on the phone and they gave very professional advice and instruction on the procedures on cancellation and they helped me with the quote on my new car throughout the conversation, they were very friendly and personable.
On 20th August, I went down to your office to get my cover note for my car as I was due to collect my car on 21st August. I had problems locating your office and at 7:55PM I called your office and spoke to Janice who assured me that she will keep the office open and wait for me (I was very amazed that she will do so). I reach the office at 8:15PM and was greeted by a smiling Janice who together with Rachel help me on my transaction, efficiently and with a smile (despite the fact I held them up on a Friday night when they should be out enjoying themselves).
Overall experience with Direct Asia have been splendid. I will definitely get my car insurance as well as tell my friends of the excellent experience I had with Direct Asia. Kudos to Jewel, Dawn, Janice and Rachel for making it happen. Well done!
