We’re looking for:
1. Customer Champions
As a Customer Champion you will be our empowered voice to prospective clients and customers alike, and you’ll be responsible for sales and service.
You should possess:
- A successful track record in sales and/or service (5 years experience)
- Strong relationship building skills
- The ability to persuade and influence
- A passionate customer focus
2. Support Champions
As a Support Champion, you will take charge of all written requests by customers. You will be responsible for all policy adjustment and corrections. You will also be looking after all reports requirements for our customer care and claims unit.
You should possess:
- An eye for detail
- Strong PC skills, especially on Excel
- The ability to interpret customers’ requests
- Good written and verbal communication
3. Underwriting Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive
As an Underwriting Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, you would be required to manage and develop the portfolio of Personal Line products to support sales and profit targets.
You would:
- Manage a portfolio of Personal Line products
- Provide new business quotations, renewal invitations and maintain a profitable portfolio
- Manage, develop and enhance new products to support sales and profit targets
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma and relevant insurance qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ underwriting experience in Personal Line insurance is an advantage
- Good analytical skills and ability to “think out of the box”
- Good communication and leadership skills
4. Claims Executive/ Senior Executive
As a Claims Executive/ Senior Executive you will be responsible for managing motor and other personal lines claims with the customer experience at the centre of all your decisions. You are the cornerstone of DirectAsia.com’s promise to our customer. Changing how people feel about insurance is your key objective.
You would:
- Ensure fast and fair settlement of claims from insured and third party claimants
- Provide the highest level of claims service
- Maintain claims cost control
Requirements:
- Degree/diploma holder, ACII, ANZIIF qualification or equivalent
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Both independent and team player
- Prior claims experience is an advantage
