Every claims officer on our team goes through a comprehensive training course. We do things differently here and it's iimportant to us that every claims officer shares and communciates our values with you when you call in. You won't talk to anyone who hasn't completed our comprehensive training program.

But we don't just stop there. We believe everyone can continue to grow and improve. At DirectAsia our claims officers undergo regular training to check in and make sure they're giving you the best experience possible.

Ongoing Product Training

We train all of our team on all products within the company so that anyone on the team can help you with any claim on any product whenever you need it. 

First Call Training

When you're assigned a claims officer, that person contacts you quickly and has the decision making power to resolve your claim. When your claims officer calls you they will help you finish.  

Systems Training

Every claims officer is trained on all internal and external industry systems so they can handle every step of your claim from checking government documents to final payment. 

Philosophy Training

As part of Continuous Professional Development our claims team meets once a month and analyze real claims to check how we've handled and how we can improve.
