How to Make Your Car Insurance Claims Process Easier?

These are the key points you should remember.
1. Exchange Particulars and Take Pictures of the Accident Scene
Involved parties should exchange particulars including: name, NRIC, Phone Number, Address and Insurer. Also, take note of the vehicle number. Take pictures of the accident scene including vehicles involved in the accident and damages to your vehicle, capturing your license plate.
2. Call Your Insurer’s Claims Hotline
Immediately contact your insurance hotline for a tow truck or for further advice on the accident.
3. Report Within 24 Hours
Whether your vehicle is damaged or not, report and bring your accident vehicle to the approved reporting centre/authorised workshop within 24 hours or by the next working day.
